We’re thrilled to introduce our new Special Event Guide for 2025! On October 21, 2024, the Common Council approved these updates to enhance support and ensure smoother event operations across the City. This guide is packed with helpful tips and information to make planning your event a breeze. While it covers many aspects of event preparation, we know every event is unique, so some requested details may not apply directly to your plans. Take a moment to review the guide thoroughly before submitting your application! 🌟

Exciting updates for 2025:

$50 non-refundable application fee for applications submitted 60+ days before the event.

$100 non-refundable application fee for applications submitted less than 60 days before the event.

Reminder: Late or incomplete applications may result in delays or denial, so please submit early and ensure your application is complete! 📝
