Construction work on South 13th Street at the Virginia Avenue intersection will begin on September 5, 2023 and continue through September 13, 2023. The closure is necessary for utility work by a private contractor.
The streets will be open to property owners/residents.
The detour for southbound traffic will be Jefferson Avenue to South 14th Street to New Jersey Avenue. The detour for northbound traffic will be New Jersey Avenue to South 14th Street to Jefferson Avenue.
All work and traffic impacts are weather-dependent and subject to change.
