Stipulations for Plaque Installation and Honoree Name Placement on the Fountain Park Memorial Bandshell

The City of Sheboygan will allow any individual, group, or organization to provide, furnish, and install a large plaque on the Fountain Park Memorial Bandshell in accordance with the following stipulations:

1. The size and design of the plaque shall be approved by the Public Works Committee.
2. The installation location of the plaque shall meet the approval of the Superintendent of Parks.
3. Names of individuals to be memorialized and placed on said plaque shall be recommended by a music-oriented selection committee.
4. The individual names recommended for memorialization and placement on said plaque shall be presented to and received for the Public Works Committee approval and authorization prior to the name placement on the said plaque.
