The Richardson Shelter is a shelter, or facility that is not enclosed, in Deland Park. It is nearby to Harbor Centre Marina, YMCA, Deland Beach and Broughton Drive. There is a playground in the park that are not included with the reservable space. This facility is only available from May 15 - September 30.
Deland Green Space is a large greenspace with buried power accessible for large events. Deland Green Space is only available for events. Contact the Public Works Office at 920-459-3440 with questions.
Reservations for the following year begin the first Monday of October. Payment must be made in-person at the Municipal Service Building (2026 New Jersey Avenue) from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
