Construction on South 12th Street and Greenfield Avenue will begin on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. The construction on South 12th Street includes storm sewer repairs, concrete sidewalk improvements, and new asphalt pavement and is part of the ongoing improvement on South 12th Street.
This work will close the intersection of South 12th Street and Greenfield Avenue to through traffic. A detour for traffic on South 12th Street will be posted using Parkwood Boulevard and South 18th Street.
The South 12th Street closure is scheduled to be complete in late July. The remaining work on South 12th Street is expected to complete later this summer.
All work and traffic impacts are weather-dependent and subject to change.
