Beginning Wednesday, September 23rd, Saemann Avenue will be closed from North 21st Street to North 25th Street from 5:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. for the milling of the road surface prior to the installation of an asphalt overlay. The initial phase of work will be performed by private contractors and the City of Sheboygan will be installing the asphalt overlay. Weather permitting; the work will be completed by October 12th. Please abide by any posted no parking signs and our detour signage.
The detour will be posted as follows:
From the east: south on North 20th Street to Superior Avenue, west on Superior Avenue to North 25th Street, back to Saemann Avenue.
From the west: south on North 25th Street to Superior Avenue, east on Superior Avenue to North 20th Street, north on North 20th Street back to Saemann Avenue.
