Beginning Wednesday, May 27, 2020 Saemann Avenue will be closed between North 21st Street and North 22nd Street for underground construction work in advance of an asphalt overlay. Local detours will be placed as necessary and will change as the work progresses, please abide by all posted signage. Access to driveways will be maintained for residents unless the work occurs directly in front of the driveway. The initial phase of the work will take two weeks, but is weather dependent.
