Construction on North 5th Street/Highland Terrace (North Avenue to North 6th Street) will begin on Wednesday August 2nd, 2023. This closure is necessary to complete a resurfacing project.
North 5th Street/Highland Terrace (North Avenue to North 6th Street) will be closed to through traffic for the duration of the project. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.
