Construction on North 27th Place (Saemann Avenue to North 28th Street) will begin on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. This closure is necessary for a street resurfacing project that will include milling the concrete pavement, various manhole adjustments, and asphalt paving of the street surface.
North 27th Place (Saemann Avenue to North 28th Street) will be closed to through traffic for the duration of the project. The work on North 27th Place is scheduled to be complete by the end of September 2023.
All work and traffic impacts are weather-dependent and subject to change.
