Road construction on North 25th Street between Superior Avenue and North Avenue will begin on Friday, May 9, 2025. The construction includes water main replacement, storm sewer repairs, sanitary sewer repairs, new curb and gutter repairs, concrete sidewalk repairs, and new asphalt pavement.
This work will close North 25th Street to through traffic. Residences in the construction area will be accessible using the cross streets.
The North 25th Street construction is scheduled to be completed in August.
All work and traffic impacts are weather-dependent and subject to change.
