Holiday Curbside Collection & Residential Recycling Center Schedule

The Department of Public Works would like to inform residents of the adjusted curbside collection and Residential Recycling Center schedules for the upcoming holidays.

Curbside Collection Schedule: December 22-27

No Collections Thursday, December 25 (Christmas Day )

  • Monday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up on Monday, December 22.
  • Tuesday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up Tuesday, December 23.
  • Wednesday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up Wednesday, December 24.
  • Thursday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up on Friday, December 26.
  • Friday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up on Saturday, December 27.

Curbside Collection Schedule: December 29-January 3:

No Collections Thursday, January 1 (New Year’s Day)

  • Monday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up on Monday, December 29.
  • Tuesday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up Tuesday, December 30.
  • Wednesday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up Wednesday, December 31.
  • Thursday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up on Friday, January 2.
  • Friday’s Garbage/Recycling will be picked up on Saturday, January 3.

Recycling Center Hours: December 22-27:

  • Monday, December 22 - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 23 - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 24 - CLOSED
  • Thursday, December 25 - CLOSED
  • Friday, December 26 - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 27 - CLOSED

Recycling Center Schedule: December 29-January 3:

  • Monday, December 29 - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 30 - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 31 - CLOSED
  • Thursday, January 1 - CLOSED
  • Friday, January 2 - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 3 - CLOSED

To help residents manage excess recyclables during the holiday season, an additional recycling truck will be stationed at the Residential Recycling Center December 22 through January 9. This service is available to accommodate overflow items that do not fit in standard curbside recycling carts.

Reminder: Please do not bag your recyclables. Loose items only.
