Effective tonight, September 24, 2025, two-way traffic on Washington Ave between South Taylor Drive and South Business Drive will be restored with one lane of traffic in each direction throughout the project length. Much of the traffic will be in the eastbound lanes, with cones designating the centerline between traffic directions. Milling and paving operations will occur Thursday, September 25 and Friday, September 26, with pavement marking occurring on Monday September 29.
It is anticipated that the project will be complete and traffic control removed by the end of the day on Monday, September 29, with the roadway fully open to traffic on Tuesday, September 30. All work and traffic impacts, however, are weather-dependent and subject to change.
